The RYA, (Royal Yachting Association) with its 150 years of glorious history, is the British national body for all forms of boating, from dinghy to yacht racing, from sail cruising to powerboat racing, windsurfing, etc.
It has more than 110,000 members and runs 2,400 Training Centres around the world.
Within the sailing world, its courses and qualifications are recognised everywhere as the best you can get. Every RYA recognised Training Centre gets inspected every year: its boats, its training facilities, its processes and procedures. Theory
A broad range of RYA theory courses to accompany you in your journey towards becoming a more experienced sailor. Learn the essentials of navigation and seamanship. Practical
Whether you have never sailed before, or you are already an experienced skipper, our RYA practical courses will be able to cater for your specific needs and for all levels. From Competent Crew, if you are just starting to sail, to Yachtmaster Offshore, the recognised 'seal' of seamanship.
VHF / SRC Radio
A one day, very pragmatic and interactive course to learn how to use a marine radio and the DSC system. You can choose between the classroom or the online course to best prepare yourself for the exam and obtain the internationally valid RYA SRC/VHF marine radio licence
